How long will it take to get my appliance fixed?
Most appliances can be repaired on the spot. Technicians carry a significant number of spare parts with them. However, sometimes parts need to be ordered and this can take anywhere from 24 hours to several weeks.
My Bosch dishwasher is still under warranty, can someone from EAP Appliance Services still come and fix it?
Yes, we do warranty and out of warranty repairs on all European appliance brands that we have service agreements with – Bosch, Siemens, Gaggenau, Neff, La Germania, AEG and Electrolux.
Do you undertake repairs on appliances in rental properties?
Yes, we are happy to undertake appliance repairs in rental properties. Invoicing is sent directly to the property manager or owner.
I have a holiday home in Portsea. Will someone come that far to fix our oven?
Yes, we travel all over the Mornington Peninsula as well as Melbourne – from Werribee to Bundoora to Lilydale, and everywhere in between. And we do not charge an additional travel fee.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, cheque, visa and mastercard. Payment is due on the day of repair or service.
Do you guarantee your work?
All new parts are guaranteed for 12 months and labour for 6 months.
